Shaft replacement and repair service for golf clubs

Here you will find our workshop and repair service for your golf clubs in Erfurt. We offer professional repair and shaft replacement services for your golf equipment, including irons, drivers, woods, fairway woods, hybrids, rescue clubs and putters.

We will strip your old shafts from the heads, clean them and prepare them for re-gluing to your new shafts. (Shafts and grips must be ordered separately) Please always let us know the current lengths of the respective heads

Is your shaft broken or would you like new shafts in your golf set?

Then you have come to the right place. We have the appropriate tools and offer to prepare the heads for the new shafts. We remove the shafts, drill out your club head and clean the hosel (note: the hosel is the part of the head where the shaft is inserted). This prepares your head for new shafts. For new shafts it is important to know the correct hosel diameter in order to choose the right shaft. You can also drill out the hosel or use shims to fill the "gap in the diameter" so that the shaft is still correctly centered in the hosel.

What information is important

When you order a shaft replacement, it is important to know the length of the shaft you need. So please measure one cm next to the club and give us the measurement from the end of the head (end of the hosel!). Please do not measure the plastic sleeve (ferrule)! Ideally, you should send us the complete club (i.e. with the broken shaft) or, in the case of an iron set, a second iron so that we can determine the correct length of the club for you.

In our shaft store you have a large selection of shafts from well-known brands such as KBS, Aldila, Mitsubishi, Fujikura, Graffaloy, Apollo, True Temper to name just a few of the most important. We are also happy to advise you on choosing the right shank.

Our quotation includes all work and materials including handle assembly, the costs for the stock and handle are additional.
